WEST VIRGINIA WESLEYAN COLLEGE is a private, four-year, co-educational liberal arts college. Founded in 1890. The 100-acre campus has approximately 1500 students from 35 states and 27 countries; over 70% of the faculty hold Ph.D.’s. Wesleyan offers over 40 areas of study. Practical internships, an optional May term, study abroad, and the Honors Program, supplement the academic program. Wesleyan is an IBM ThinkPad University. All entering freshmen receive a laptop computer and all academic buildings and residence hall rooms are connected to the Internet and World Wide Web. An array of over 70 different student activities is available. A variety of housing options is available and housing is guaranteed. Tuition, room and board, and fees for 2001-2002 are
