Instructions

    After reading the instructions, please fill out this online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen. Print the submittal form that appears after you submit the application. Please make sure that you have signed the application agreement statement and return it to Glenville State College.

General Requirements for Admission
  1. Online application
  2. Final high school transcript
  3. ACT and/or SAT I scores (if graduation has been within the last five years)
  4. Official college transcript for each college attended (If applicant has completed less than 27 hours he/she must also submit a high school transcript and ACT/SAT I scores and be eligible to return to the institution that he/she last attended.)
  5. Measles immunization record (if born after January 1957)
  6. Selective Service Registration verification
Additional Information

    Students who have previously attended college must have an official transcript sent to the Admission's Office from each college previously attended.

    Students that have completed over 27 hours need to send their college transcript. Students that have completed under 27 hours need to send their college and high school transcripts.

    Please make sure that you send all information to the Office of Admissions.

How to Use the Glenville State College Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button located on the left column to submit the application.
