UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Potomac State College's curriculum includes Associate of Arts (A.A.) transfer programs and Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) career and technical programs as well as Certificate Programs. The College also offers a Bachelor of Applied Sceince (B.A.S.) degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice as well as West Virginia University's Regents Bachelor of Arts (R.B.A.) degree. Potomac State College is a co-educational, publicly supported insitution and a fully accredited member of the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA) since 1926. Potomac State College offers the prestige of a major school with the friendliness of a small campus. Because we're small, our student/faculty ratio is 16:1, you'll have the chance to get personal attention from professors, people who care about your success. Small classes make it possible for you to ask questions, dig deeper into the material, and really master the knowledge you'll need for the next phase of life.
